Cooperative cellars managing dozens of grape suppliers add another layer of complexity: intake traceability, Brix and acidity records per delivery, and payment calculations per member. There's no single platform that handles all of this at an affordable price. We're building it.

Fermentation Monitoring

The problem

Enologists walk the cellar 2–4 times per day to check fermentation temperatures. Overnight temperature spikes can ruin a tank. In large cooperatives with 50+ tanks, manual monitoring is a full-time job during harvest.

Cooperative Grape Intake & Traceability

The problem

Cooperative wineries (cantine sociali) receive grapes from dozens or hundreds of grower-members. Each delivery needs Brix, acidity, weight, and variety recorded. Payment to members is calculated from these records. Most cooperatives do this with spreadsheets and paper forms.

What we build

A digital intake module — Brix/acidity/weight per delivery per member, linked to SIAN traceability and payment calculation. Replaces the clipboard at the weighbridge.
